#MySportyselfie #decathlonindia So finally here I get a chance to express my love and gratitude for
#Decathlon. During past six years I molded myself into a totally different person. I did this due to some major health issues. The treatment cost me alot, it changed my body and way of thinking. My bodyweight jumped from 51kgs to 92 kgs. people around me turned abusive and given me some awful, hurting nick names. That moment I decided to work for myself. I started fitness training with my coach & partner Rohit Bisht 😊. I have been working out from last 6 years and never stop.
#weightlifting is my favourite sport and I am looking forward to get involve in more fitness activities. I do variety of sessions that includes HIIT, CARDIO TRAINING, Circuit training, Yoga and active foam roller stretching etc. This is not the end of story 😁😁 Diet is equally important as workout. I started studying diet science just for the better understanding and did some courses. Today I am good diet counsellor too 😊. Being a
#fitnessenthusiast I can understand the importance of workout outfits. I visited decathlon store for the first time in 2016 when I was planning my first trekking trip to rumsu base camp. Now I am their regular customer. From workout outfits to personal fitness gadgets we buy every article from decathlon. The range is vast and price fits into the pocket of a middle class person. So here is my story!! Although I want to write more but dont want to get disqualified 😋 Thank you decathlon India for giving us a chance to share our stories on this plateform 💟
