I recently visited Das The Calcutta Special and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of gluten-free options on their menu. The Chilli Paneer Roll in particular caught my eye and I must say it was delicious! The paneer was cooked to perfection and the gluten-free wrap was a nice touch. I recently had the pleasure of dining at New Food Foundry and was pleasantly surprised to find a delicious gluten-free option on their menu.
