I recently visited Red Velvet and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Paleo diet options. As someone who follows this diet, I was excited to try their Choco Symphony cake – and it did not disappoint! The texture was perfectly moist, the flavor was rich and chocolatey, and best of all, it was Paleo-friendly.
