I recently visited Masalah Mafia at the Palm Beach Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. As someone who has dietary restrictions, their Palak Murg dish was a standout for me - the chicken was tender and the flavors of the spinach and spices were perfectly balanced.
