I recently dined at PANDIT Rajasthani Restaurant and was delighted to see that they had gluten-free options on their menu. I ordered the Kaji Fried Rice and Gobi Manchuria and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. The rice had the perfect amount of spice and the Gobi Manchuria was crispy and flavorful. As someone with a gluten intolerance, I appreciate when restaurants cater to my dietary needs and PANDIT Rajasthani Restaurant definitely did not disappoint. I
