I recently tried Gulacha Chaha's sabudana khichdi and it was absolutely delicious. The sabudana pearls were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of softness. The khichdi was flavorful and the spices used were spot on. The texture was also just right, not too dry or mushy. The presentation of the dish was beautiful and it was evident that the ingredients used were fresh. Overall, a must-try for any fan of sabudana khichdi
