I recently dined at Calcutta Roll Centre and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of gluten-free options on their menu. I opted for the gluten-free Butter Chicken with two pieces of Butter Naan and was blown away by the flavors. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the naan was soft and fluffy.
