I recently visited Gourmet Ice Cream Cakes by Baskin Robbins and was delighted to see that they had a vegan option on their menu - the Lotus Biscoff Roll Cake Slice. I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The combination of the creamy ice cream and the crunchy Lotus Biscoff was perfect.
