I recently dined at Evergreen Pavbhaji and was delighted to find a wide variety of vegan options on the menu. I ordered the vegan pavbhaji and was blown away by the delicious flavors. The bread packet was also fresh and tasty. As someone who prefers vegan meals, I'm happy to see restaurants offering such options.
