I recently tried Kathiyavadi Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the Butter Tomato Uttapam and Idli Sambhar. The Uttapam was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the Idli Sambhar had a great balance of flavors. I would definitely recommend these dishes. The only downside was the service was a bit slow. Overall, a great experience trying out new flavors at Kathiyavadi Restaurant.
