I recently stopped by Sanjay Tea Stall and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered vegan options. I tried their Aloo Paratha and it was delicious! The filling was flavorful and the paratha itself was perfectly cooked. I appreciate that they cater to those with dietary restrictions and will definitely be back for more of their vegan dishes.
