I recently visited Banana Leaf Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Mixed Vegetable Curry. As a vegan, I am always on the lookout for restaurants that offer plant-based options and Banana Leaf did not disappoint. The curry was rich in flavor and filled with a variety of fresh vegetables.
