I recently dined at Ambadi Hotel and was pleased to find that they had a good variety of gluten-free options, including their Kothu Porotta. I was impressed with the taste of the dish and appreciated the effort put into providing gluten-free options. The staff was also knowledgeable about gluten-free diets and were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions.
