I recently tried the egg puff at Apm Hotel and it was fantastic! The pastry was flaky and the egg filling was perfectly cooked. The balance of flavors was spot on. I highly recommend giving it a try at this restaurant. The overall dining experience was great as well, with attentive service and a cozy atmosphere. I recently ordered dinner from Kuttanadan Park and I must say, their Idliyappam was exceptional. The delicate texture and perfect blend of spices made it a stand-out dish.
