I recently tried the Ada Pradhaman Payasam at Makachiyude Payasakada and it was absolutely delicious! As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of spices in this traditional Kerala dessert. The spice level was just right, adding an extra kick to the already rich and creamy payasam. The flavours were authentic and reminded me of my grandmother's cooking.
