I recently ordered the Idly and Vada set from Swathi - Ktdc Mascot Hotel and I was blown away by the taste and presentation! The idlis were soft and fluffy while the vadas were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The coconut chutney and sambar added the perfect balance of flavors to the dish.
