I recently visited Paris Bakery and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. I tried the masala cookies and they were delicious! The texture was perfect and the spices added a great flavor. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be hard to find tasty treats, but Paris Bakery definitely delivers.
