I have great grievance. My order was accepted by magicpin but the rider refused to deliver. The store wouldn't pick up the call. Nobody was there for any kind of assistance. It only led to delay. I have screenshot from conversation with the rider. Where he has told me to cancel the order. And would not pick any call from then on. If the problem was from his end he should be the one cancelling the order. He dint cancel the order nor delivered it. Eventually when as asked where is he so that we could collect the order, he shared his location, which was of the store. We had to go there and collect it ourselves. It was a party order...but magicpin surely made sure it was no more a party.

I dont know what went wrong the delivery or the package itself was given to the rider in this condition. There should be some action taken.

I recently tried Ovenstory Pizza for our office lunch and I have to say, I was impressed! They offer 1 medium veg and 1 non veg pizza starting at just Rs 599, which is a great deal for a quick meal during office breaks. The delivery speed was also very impressive and the packaging ensured that the pizzas arrived hot and fresh. Overall, I highly recommend Ovenstory Pizza for anyone looking for a quick and tasty office lunch option. Definitely ordering from here again.
