I recently tried out Boom Boom Chinese, and I have to say, their Veg Lemon Coriander Soup was amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced, with a delicious tang from the lemon and a refreshing hint of coriander. I loved how fresh and light the soup tasted, making it the perfect appetizer.
