I recently dined at Rainbow and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Butter Poached Fish was delicious and had a rich, buttery flavor without any animal products. I recently ordered breakfast from Aromas Cafe and was blown away by their Chicken & Sundried Tomato Bruschetta. The flavors were fantastic and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.
