I recently visited Sanman and was impressed by their delicious roasted papad. As a person who follows a gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to find this option on the menu. The papad was perfectly cooked and had a great crunch to it. I appreciate how the restaurant offers gluten-free options and I highly recommend it to others with dietary restrictions.
