I recently dined at Rest-Inn Hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find a Paleo option on the menu. The Veg Ulavacharu Biryani was not only delicious, but also aligned perfectly with my dietary preferences. I appreciated the variety of fresh vegetables used in the dish, and it had just the right amount of spice. Even my non-Paleo friends enjoyed it!
