I recently visited Banana Leaf and was pleasantly surprised by their ghee idli. The dish had the perfect balance of spices and was bursting with flavor. As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted with the level of heat in it. The idli was cooked to perfection and had a soft and fluffy texture.
