I recently tried the butter pav bhaji at Madras Cafe and it was absolutely delicious! The butter added just the right amount of richness to the dish and the pav was soft and fluffy. I could tell that the bhaji was made with fresh ingredients and had the perfect balance of flavors. I highly recommend trying it out at Madras Cafe.
