I recently ordered from your store, but unfortunately, I received an incorrect item. Instead of the taco I ordered, I found a burger inside the box. Moreover, the order was significantly delayed.
When I contacted the delivery person, he made me talk to the store manager, and the store representative promised a refund. However, I wanted to follow up and ensure this issue is documented.
