I recently visited Hotel Sundaram and was pleased to find that they offer a variety of vegan options. I tried their Veg Cutlet and it was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect balance of flavors and textures. As a vegan, I appreciate when restaurants put effort into their plant-based dishes. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.
