I recently dined at Akash Hotel and must say, their plain rice was simply delicious. The texture was perfect, not too dry or mushy, and had a nice aroma to it. But what really set this dish apart for me was the generous use of spices. As someone who loves their food to have a kick, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of spice in the rice. It added a great depth of flavor and made the dish truly outstanding. Highly recommend Akash Hotel for all
