I recently tried Nathu's and I must say, their Papdi Chaat is absolutely delicious! The combination of crispy papdis, tangy chutney, and spicy toppings left my taste buds dancing with joy. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of heat in this dish. The flavors were authentic and every bite was a burst of flavor.
