Visited New Harsh Restaurant and was impressed with their egg curry dish. The flavor was rich and tasty without being overly spicy. I recently tried the Mushroom Manchurian at Sankat Mochan Veer Baba Shop and it was absolutely fantastic! The mushrooms were cooked to perfection and the sauce had just the right amount of spice.
