As a vegan, finding restaurants with options can be a challenge. Thankfully, Hi Spirits delivered with their Veg Arigato Japanese Bento. The traditional flavors were still there, but in plant-based form. I was impressed with the variety and freshness of the ingredients. Their commitment to offering vegan options is commendable and I will definitely be back. Whether you're a vegan or just looking for something different, Hi Spirits is worth a try. Bonus points for their eco-friendly packaging too! #vegan
