I recently visited The EBR Cafe in Shimla and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. The Boondi Raita, in particular, was a standout dish with its creamy texture and flavorful spices. I appreciate restaurants that offer vegan options and this one definitely did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my dietary preferences. I highly recommend this cafe for any vegan or plant-based food lovers. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I recently tried the Grilled Green Beans at Amayaa and I have to say, they were absolutely delicious! As a person with a sweet tooth, I always gravitate towards desserts, but this dish caught my eye and I'm so glad I gave it a try. The presentation was beautifully done, and the taste was even better.
