I recently tried Amantran restaurant and was impressed by their Aloo Paratha. Served with a side of creamy curd and tangy pickle, the paratha had a perfect balance of flavors. Each bite was bursting with the authentic taste of Indian spices and the paratha was cooked to perfection.
