I recently had the pleasure of trying the Sarang Special Punjabi Thali at Hotel Sarang Pure Vegetarian and it did not disappoint! As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted with the spice level of the dishes. The mix of flavors in the thali was perfect, and every dish was bursting with taste. I appreciated the variety in the vegetarian options and the thali itself was a generous portion. Overall, Chef Sarang has truly mastered the art of creating delicious and spicy vegetarian dishes
