I recently had the pleasure of trying out the delicious Papdi Chaat at Shivam Chat Corner and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! The combination of crispy papdi, tangy chutneys, and savory toppings made for a perfect balance of flavors. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and the service was prompt. I recently ordered dinner from a premium outlet and decided to go with their Aloo Paratha with Raita. I must say, I am a big fan of this dish but this outlet definitely takes it to the next level. The parathas were perfectly cooked with a generous filling of spicy potato mash. The raita was creamy and balanced out the spiciness of the parathas perfectly. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my dinner and would highly recommend this dish to anyone.
