I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brajwasi Dhaba and was blown away by their mix veg dish. Served with three buttery rotis, it was the perfect combination of flavors and textures. The vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked, while the butter rotis were crispy and flavorful.
