I recently tried the Onion Uthappam at Sri Vaari Hotel and it was amazing! As a person who loves spicy food, I was pleased to find that the Uthappam had the perfect level of spice. It was flavorful and the onions added a nice crunch to each bite. I could tell that the ingredients were fresh and the overall taste was delicious.
