I recently visited Eloras Bakery and was pleasantly surprised to find a delicious vegan option on the menu - their Pineapple Cake. As someone who always looks for vegan-friendly restaurants, I was thrilled to order this item. The cake was moist and had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess from the pineapple. I recently tried the Butterscotch Cake from Cake Point and I must say, it was amazing! The cake was moist and the butterscotch flavor was just perfect. What impressed me even more was their spice level. Being someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the slight kick of spice in the cake.
