I recently tried out Orchid in Maplewood and boy was I blown away by their Murgh Badami Shorba! As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted by the perfect balance of heat and flavor in this dish. I had the Tandoori Veg Platter at Orchid - Maplewood and it was delicious! The platter was entirely gluten-free, which was great for me, and the flavors of the vegetables were perfectly spot-on.
