I was pleasantly surprised to find that Yellow Sapphire at Hotel Capitol Hill has a variety of gluten-free choices, including their Chilli Paneer Dry. The Chili Chicken at Yellow Sapphire at Hotel Capitol Hill was truly amazing. The spice level was spot on and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The texture of the dish was tender, and the chicken had just the right amount of bite. I enjoyed the overall taste and will definitely order it again. Highly recommended!
