I recently tried Bajarang Farsan & Sweet and I must say, their Jina Bhavnagri Gathiya is top-notch. As someone who loves spicy food, I was not disappointed. I recently tried the plain Pav Bhaji at Hotel Saurashtra and I must say, it was good. The dish had just the right amount of spice that I was looking for. The flavours were on point and the pav was soft and buttery. However, I would have preferred a little more tanginess in the bhaji.
