I recently ordered from La Shake Esfera during a late-night study session and was blown away by their delicious Blackcurrent Shake. I recently visited Patel Chinese and Punjabi and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Keto diet options. I tried their Chinese Bhel, which was absolutely delicious and satisfying. As someone who follows the Keto diet, it can be challenging to find suitable options at restaurants, but Patel Chinese and Punjabi definitely hit the mark. I also appreciated that they use fresh ingredients and the taste was not compromised at all. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Keto-friendly options. Keep up the good
