I recently tried Sankalp's sushi and was blown away by the quality and freshness of their dishes. As a sushi lover, I couldn't resist ordering their fried idli, which was a unique and delightful twist on traditional Japanese cuisine. The idli was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the flavors were spot on. I also appreciated the use of fresh ingredients in all of their dishes.
