I recently visited The Mad Baker and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. As someone with dietary restrictions, I appreciate when a restaurant takes the time to cater to different diets. I tried their Black Forest Pastry and it was delicious! The gluten-free crust was perfectly flaky and the filling was rich and decadent. I also appreciate that they label all their gluten-free options clearly on the menu. Overall, I highly recommend The Mad Baker for those looking for tasty gluten-free options.
