I recently visited 7th Heaven and was delighted to see that they offered Paleo diet options. I recently ordered lunch from Mystery Cafe & Cake Shop and was pleasantly surprised by their jar cake! The layers were perfectly moist and the flavors were well-balanced. I recently tried the A-1 Bakery and I must say, the garlic toast was incredible! It was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of garlic flavor. I couldn't get enough of it. However, I was a bit disappointed with their sushi selection. It lacked the freshness and quality that I look for in sushi.
