I recently dined at Zaffran and was pleasantly surprised by their menu options for health-conscious individuals. The dal makhni served with a plain ghee roasted paratha was a delightful and satisfying meal. The paratha was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispiness and the dal was rich in flavor but not heavy on the stomach.
