I stumbled upon BOOM Sandwich and was immediately impressed by their unique concept - an explosion of flavours in each sandwich. I ordered the sushi sandwich and the salmon teriyaki sandwich and I was blown away by the fusion of Japanese and sandwich cuisine. The sushi was incredibly fresh and the salmon teriyaki was perfectly cooked. The sandwiches were packed with flavor and the combination of ingredients was well thought out. I highly recommend trying out BOOM Sandwich for a delicious and innovative twist on traditional sandwiches.
