I recently visited Hotel Kolhapuri and was blown away by their fried papad. The papad was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The seasoning was just right, adding a burst of flavor to each bite. I highly recommend trying this dish at Hotel Kolhapuri. The rest of their menu looked promising as well, so I will definitely be returning to try out more of their dishes. Overall, a great dining experience.
