I recently tried the Veg Manchurian with Fried Rice at Meeraki Chinese and I have to say, it was a delicious gluten-free meal option! The Manchurian balls were perfectly crispy and coated with a scrumptious sauce, while the fried rice had just the right amount of vegetables and seasoning.
