I recently dined at Hotel Swagat and was delighted to find a good selection of vegan options on their menu. I opted for their veg pulao and it did not disappoint! I recently tried out the Plain Curd Bowl at Shree Pure Veg and I have to say, it was delicious! From the smooth and creamy texture of the curd to the perfect balance of spices, every bite was a gastronomic delight. The portions were generous and the presentation was top-notch.
