I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Vithoba Mauli and was pleasantly surprised by their amazing vegan options! I ordered the Egg Boil Bhurji Chapati and it was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. As someone who prefers vegan meals, I truly appreciate when restaurants offer such delicious options.
